About Me
This blog is a showcase for my LARP weapons – high quality foam & latex prop swords made to high safety standards. I make a wide range of items including swords, axes, throwing weapons, curved katanas, and unusual items like vampire stakes, and I’m happy to do custom items.
Quality Standards
Each item is made to Lorien Trust safety standards with hitting edges well padded. Core tips are reinforced to stop them breaking through, while throwing items are coreless for safety. Every item is coated with isoflex – a clear flexible varnish which will protect your item for years.
Materials
Unless otherwise stated, weapons are constructed from fibreglass cores and high-density, closed-cell plastazote foam (LD45). They are then coated in multiple layers of coloured latex, airbrushed and coated with Isoflex varnish.
